PAGODA TERMS OF SERVICE
Last updated: 24 September 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to services provided by Pagoda Leads (“Pagoda”, “we”, “us” or “our”), of 8 Revere Way, Surrey, KT19 9RJ, to our business clients (“Client”, “you” or “your”).
By engaging Pagoda, accepting a proposal or making payment for our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. OUR SERVICES
Pagoda provides B2B lead-generation and outbound prospecting services primarily for healthcare recruitment businesses.
Depending on the service agreed with you, this may include prospect research, lead sourcing, targeted outbound campaigns, lead tracking, reporting and access to a client portal.
The precise scope, duration and deliverables of your service will be set out in the proposal, order, invoice or other written agreement provided to you.
2. NATURE OF THE SERVICE
Pagoda's role is to help create and develop potential business opportunities for our clients.
While we aim to provide relevant prospects and effective outreach, we cannot guarantee a particular number of responses, meetings, clients, placements, contracts or revenue.
Lead generation depends on factors outside Pagoda's control, including market conditions, prospect demand, the Client's offer, pricing, reputation, sales process and the Client's own follow-up.
3. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
To enable us to provide the service effectively, you agree to provide accurate and timely information about your business, target market, services and Ideal Client Profile where required.
You remain responsible for your own sales process, communications with prospective clients, commercial negotiations and decisions arising from opportunities generated through Pagoda.
4. FEES AND PAYMENT
Fees and payment arrangements will be confirmed before services commence.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payments must be made in accordance with the payment terms stated on your invoice or service agreement.
Work may be paused where an agreed payment becomes overdue.
5. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Because Pagoda's services involve research, campaign preparation, systems, data and other work carried out specifically for each Client, payments for work that has already commenced or been delivered will generally not be refundable.
However, where Pagoda is unable to provide a material part of the service that has been agreed and paid for, we will review the circumstances and, where appropriate, may provide a full or partial refund relating to the undelivered portion of the service.
Any refund will take into account the services and work already completed, resources committed and any third-party costs reasonably incurred in delivering the Client's campaign.
A lack of responses, conversions, meetings, placements or other commercial results does not, by itself, mean that the service has not been delivered.
Nothing in these Terms affects any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
